The Application System requires you to provide personally identifiable information including, but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, contact numbers, nationality, sex, schools attended and other additional information.
Reason for Collecting Personal Information
The information you provide to the Application System will be used to process your application for entrance into your chosen division of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College. We may, in the course of our selection process, undertake checks to verify some of your information, for example, to confirm your qualifications.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information during application processing and to respond to inquiries and/or requests. We may also use your email to contact you about new programmes or any College events which we think may be of interest to you.
Your information may be retained by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College for use in connection with future programme offers and/or future applications to be made by you for entry. In addition, the information collected may be used by us for general statistical and research purposes.

Once you have submitted an application for a specific division, this information cannot be changed or deleted for that application. You may however update the information in your profile at any time to ensure its correctness, accuracy and truthfulness.
Information that has been updated or otherwise modified will appear in applications submitted subsequent to the modification.
